Quotes About "Palestine"

Remember: Israel is bad! Its existence keeps reminding Muslims what a bunch of losers they are.

'If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more ‎violence. If the Jews put ‎down their weapons ‎today, there would be no ‎more Israel'‎

"Peace for us means the destruction of Israel. We are preparing for an all out war, a war which will last for generations.

~Yasser Arafat~

"The Palestinian people have no national identity. I, Yasser Arafat, man of destiny, will give them that identity through conflict with Israel."

~ Yasser Arafat ~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel. For our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of Palestinian people, since Arab national interest demand that we posit the existence of a distinct 'Palestinian people' to oppose Zionism".
Mohammed is Most Popular Boys' Name in England
Two most common spellings of Muslim name came in at 16th and 36th place, a total of 7,549 baby boys, making it the most popular name overall in England, Wales.
Mohammed was the most popular name for newborn baby boys in England and Wales in 2009, according to official data released Wednesday.
The name, given to 7,364 children, ended Jack's 14-year reign at number one, with Harry, Alfie and Joshua rounding out the top five in the figures published by the Office for National Statistics.
The two most common spellings of the Muslim name came in at 16th and 36th place, a total of 7,549 baby boys, making it the most popular name overall.
The most common spelling, Mohammed, was the number one name in its own right in the West Midlands region of central England which includes the city of Birmingham, and number four in London.
Olivia, meanwhile, remained the most common girls' name with 5,201 children of that name, followed by Ruby, Chloe, Emily and Sophie.
Ex-Muslim: Proposal that Islam is Tolerant is Fallacious, Dangerous
Outspoken activist and author Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim, speaks at the National Press Club Monday, Oct. 25, 2010
"I'm frustrated with the continuous belief and, I think, self-delusion that Islam is only a religion,"
The Prophet Muhammad defined the state of peace and tolerance as a moment when the entire world submits to Allah and embraces Islam, said Hirsi Ali.
In Islam, the way to achieve peace is through settlement, jihad, and the institution of sharia (Islamic law), she explained.
And before the state of universal Islamization, "it is the duty of every Muslim male to wage war" – not just by carrying weapons but by preaching and persuading, she added.
WASHINGTON – Though most Muslims are tolerant and peace-loving, Islam itself is not a religion of tolerance, a former Muslim asserted.
Well-known activist and author Ayaan Hirsi Ali made the argument Monday at the National Press Club as security guards stood in the back of the ballroom. An outspoken critic of Islam, Hirsi Ali has been living under a fatwa, a religious ruling or in this case an order to kill, for years.
The Somali native addressed the question "Is Islam a Religion of Tolerance?" to highlight the political dimension of the widely practiced faith.
"I'm frustrated with the continuous belief and, I think, self-delusion that Islam is only a religion," she said. "Islam is more than a religion. It does have a spiritual dimension ... but there is another dimension to Islam – a political dimension."
In general terms, religious tolerance is understood to be the willingness to recognize and respect the beliefs and practices of others, she noted. But there are different levels of tolerance, she added.
"For instance, if you oppose smoking you may think of yourself as tolerant of smokers but it's different when you allow a smoker in your house ... to smoke," the now atheist pointed out.
The Prophet Muhammad defined the state of peace and tolerance as a moment when the entire world submits to Allah and embraces Islam, said Hirsi Ali, who fled from her Muslim family and an arranged marriage in her early twenties and sought asylum in the Netherlands.
"That word 'peace,' 'tolerant' is not defined in Islam as you define it in the West," she clarified. "It doesn't mean ceasefire or compromise. That's temporary.
In Islam, the way to achieve peace is through settlement, jihad, and the institution of sharia (Islamic law), she explained.
And before the state of universal Islamization, "it is the duty of every Muslim male to wage war" – not just by carrying weapons but by preaching and persuading, she added.
"The proposition that Islam is tolerant is not only fallacious but it's also dangerous," Hirsi Ali underscored.
Citing four main sources of Islamic jurisprudence, including the Quran and the Hadith, the former Muslim said she found explicit commands to conquer and guidelines of how to go about that. The sources also describe in detail how Muhammad, who carried out over 60 military campaigns, defeated his enemies. She also found war tactics, the concept of deception, legislation on crime prevention, punishment of behavior such as the hanging of apostates and the stoning of adulterers, and laws governing family matters such as divorce and marriage.
While U.S. policymakers focus their attention on armed militias such as Al-Qaeda and Hamas, other groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood and nongovernmental organizations – which have "postponed" violence and chosen a method of preaching, settling and slowly infiltrating – are being overlooked, she noted.
"The idea that Islam is [of] peace, tolerant and compatible with Western political theory and values, I think, seems to be useful more as a strategy and not as a pursuit of the truth," she maintained.
That strategy, she explained, is as follows: Given the fact that there are over a billion Muslims in the world, that the world is globalizing at a fast pace, and that America is a model empire (that doesn't wipe out enemies), we (the U.S.) should practice self-restraint and use political skills, diplomacy and tools of persuasion until we're able to get around the conflict.
"The hope is we will be able to pacify Islam."
Nothing, she said, angers Muslim elites more than the criticism of Islam. Unlike with other faith groups, Muslims do not appreciate the questioning of the moral perfection of the Quran and Muhammad.
Though an atheist, Hirsi Ali has advocated for the conversion of Muslims to Christianity. Clarifying her position on Monday, she said she supported "opening up the competition."
"[Muslims] want to have complete monopoly on Muslim immigrants who first came to the U.S. not to spread Islam, not to settle or infiltrate but to lead normal, peaceful lives," she said. "For them to incorporate all the diverse ethnic groups, they need to get ... to them fast and convince them of sharia agenda."
"What we can do is open up competition," she continued. "In a country like the United States, you are free to peddle your political theory or philosophy. We are going to go to those same communities and educate them on other competing ...philosophies and challenge [the] principles of Islam. You can start that competition as a Christian, as a humanist, as a feminist."
Hirsi Ali is open to Christians converting Muslims because Christianity has "evolved from absolutism to tolerance, to compassion, to peace," she said.
She has found that most people do not want to be an atheist.
"I'm only acknowledging that the Christian God has gone through the reformation, has gone through enlightenment," she added. "In general, things have evolved to the point where I think that the Christian religion, especially as it is practiced in the West, is much more attractive and far less dangerous than the Islamic God.
"Given the fact that this is almost a losing battle because we are not taking them (Muslims) on ... and given the fact that there are very moderate Christians who offer that combination of a spiritual satisfaction with modernity and the respect and sacredness of life, liberty and human rights, I think it would be wrong and neglectful not to involve Christians to go after that demography of 1.57 billion Muslims who today, I think, many of them are seeking a concept of God and are now only getting Allah."
Hirsi Ali's appearance comes just weeks after she participated in a debate on whether Islam is a religion of peace at New York University's Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. Her latest book, Nomad: From Islam to America – A Personal Journey Through the Clash of Civilizations, was released this year.
3 Jihad Members Killed in Gaza Strike
Palestinian sources say Israel Air Force strike in central Gaza leaves three al-Quds Brigades operatives dead. IDF confirms attack, says cell was preparing to fire at Israel
Gaza sources reported Monday that three Palestinians were killed in an IDF strike on a militant cell.
According to the sources, the cell, which was spotted moving at the Noserat refugee camp in central Gaza, suffered a direct hit.
The three have been identified as Muhammad Abu Id, Awani Abdel-Khadi and Ala Abu Zbeida – all confirmed members of the Islamic Jihad's al-Quds Brigades.
The sources added that shortly after the first strike, the IDF struck central Gaza a second time. No injuries were reported.
The IDF Spokesman's Unit confirmed the strike, saying that "the Israel Air Force, in a joint military-Shin Bet operation, attacked a terror cell preparing to fire at Israel."
Several rockets have been fired at Israel over the past week. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the Gaza vicinity communities last week and warned the Gaza groups against any escalation.
"Our first commitment is to security, and I suggest Hamas and the other organization not test us on that."
Obama's Treatment of Israel is Shocking
By Ed Koch
President Obama's abysmal attitude toward the State of Israel and his humiliating treatment of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is shocking. In the Washington Post on March 24th, Jackson Diehl wrote, "Obama has added more poison to a U.S.-Israeli relationship that already was at its lowest point in two decades. Tuesday night the White House refused to allow non-official photographers record the president's meeting with Netanyahu; no statement was issued afterward. Netanyahu is being treated as if he were an unsavory Third World dictator, needed for strategic reasons but conspicuously held at arms length. That is something the rest of the world will be quick to notice and respond to."
I have not heard or read statements criticizing the president by New York Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand or many other supporters of Israel for his blatantly hostile attitude toward Israel and his discourtesy displayed at the White House. President Obama orchestrated the hostile statements of Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, voiced by Biden in Israel and by Clinton in a 43-minute telephone call to Bibi Netanyahu, and then invited the latter to the White House to further berate him. He then left Prime Minister Netanyahu to have dinner at the White House with his family, conveying he would only be available to meet again if Netanyahu had further information - read concessions - to impart.
It is unimaginable that the President would treat any of our NATO allies, large or small, in such a degrading fashion. That there are policy differences between the U.S. and the Netanyahu government is no excuse. Allies often disagree, but remain respectful.
In portraying Israel as the cause of the lack of progress in the peace process, President Obama ignores the numerous offers and concessions that Israel has made over the years for the sake of peace, and the Palestinians' repeated rejections of those offers. Not only have Israel's peace proposals, which include ceding virtually the entire West Bank and parts of Jerusalem to the Palestinians, been rejected, but each Israeli concession has been met with even greater demands, no reciprocity, and frequently horrific violence directed at Israeli civilians. Thus, Prime Minister Netanyahu's agreement to suspend construction on the West Bank - a move heralded by Secretary of State Clinton as unprecedented by an Israeli government - has now led to a demand that Israel also halt all construction in East Jerusalem, which is part of Israel's capital. Meanwhile, Palestinians are upping the ante, with violent protests in Jerusalem and elsewhere. And the Obama administration's request that our Arab allies make some conciliatory gesture towards Israel has fallen on deaf ears.
Prior American presidents, beginning with Truman who recognized the State of Israel in 1948, have valued Israel as a close ally and have often come to its rescue. For example, it was Richard Nixon during the 1973 war, who resupplied Israel with arms, making it possible for it to snatch victory from a potentially devastating defeat at the hands of a coalition of Arab countries including Egypt and Syria.
President George W. Bush made it a point of protecting Israel at the United Nations and the Security Council wielding the U.S. veto against the unfair actions and sanctions that Arab countries sought to impose to cripple and, if possible, destroy, the one Jewish nation in the world. Now, in my opinion, based on the actions and statements by President Obama and members of his administration, there is grave doubt among supporters of Israel that President Obama can be counted on to do what presidents before him did - protect our ally, Israel. The Arabs can lose countless wars and still come back because of their numbers. If Israel were to lose one, it would cease to exist.
To its credit, Congress, according to the Daily News, has acted differently towards Prime Minister Netanyahu than President Obama. Reporter Richard Sisk wrote on March 24th, "Congress put on a rare show of bipartisanship for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday - a sharp contrast to his chilly reception at the White House. ‘We in Congress stand by Israel,' House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told a beaming Netanyahu, who has refused to budge on White House and State Department demands to freeze settlements in East Jerusalem and the West Bank."
But Congress does not make foreign policy. It can prevent military arms from going to Israel, but cannot send them. Congress has no role in determining U.S. policy at the U.N. Security Council. The President of the United States determines our foreign policy - nearly unilaterally - under our Constitution. So those Congressional bipartisan wishes of support, while welcome, will not protect Israel in these areas, only the President can do that. Based on his actions to date, I have serious doubts.
In the 1930s, the Jewish community and its leadership, with few exceptions, were silent when their coreligionists were being attacked, hunted down, incarcerated and slaughtered. Ultimately 6 million Jews were exterminated in the Holocaust. The feeling in the U.S. apparently was that Jews who criticized our country's actions and inactions that endangered the lives of other Jews would be considered disloyal, unpatriotic and displaying dual loyalty, so many Jews stayed mute. Never again should we allow that to occur. We have every right to be concerned about the fate of the only Jewish nation in the world, which if it had existed during the 1930s and thereafter, would have given sanctuary to any Jew escaping the Nazi holocaust and taken whatever military action it could to save Jews not yet in the clutches of the Nazis. We who have learned the lessons of silence, Jews and Christians alike, must speak up now before it is too late.
So I ask again, where are our Senators, Schumer and Gillibrand? And, where are the voices, not only of the 31 members of the House and 14 Senators who are Jewish, but the Christian members of the House and Senate who support the State of Israel? Where are the peoples' voices? Remember the words of Pastor Niemoller, so familiar that I will not recite them, except for the last line, "Then they came for me, and by that time, there was no one left to speak up."
Supporters of Israel who gave their votes to candidate Obama - 78 percent of the Jewish community did - believing he would provide the same support as John McCain, this is the time to speak out and tell the President of your disappointment in him. It seems to me particularly appropriate to do so on the eve of the Passover. It is one thing to disagree with certain policies of the Israeli government. It is quite another to treat Israel and its prime minister as pariahs, which only emboldens Israel's enemies and makes the prospect of peace even more remote. ~Ed Koch is the former Mayor of New York City.~
Terrorism - Cause And Effect
We often hear about Israel’s checkpoints making the lives of Palestinians so unbearable.
We often hear complaints that the Israel Defence Forces check Palestinian children, pregnant women, handicapped people and even ambulances.
Recently, we hear daily protest against Israel’s “Apartheid Wall.”
Why?
Why does Israel spend so much money and use such manpower?
Is it all really in order to humiliate the Palestinian people, or is it a justified and legitimate security measure
Let’s look at what other democracies did to prevent terror attacks.
If you flew around the world before September 11, 2001, you know the difference yourself.
What used to be a fairly fast and painless security check (a security check which didn’t exist at all until Palestinian groups started to hijack airplanes in the late 1960’s) is now hours of security procedures. Passengers today are required to be at the airport hours before their flight, wait in lines, have their belongings checked and many times confiscated if they have items as “dangerous” as a nail-clipper in their baggage.
But it’s not only the airport’s checkpoints…
All of a sudden we see more and more armed soldiers in international airports -- something we didn’t see before 9/11.
In addition, airlines around the world are now placing armed marshals on board their planes.
The security measures are not restricted to air travel. . .
Cars and people are being checked today at the entrances to public and private places, crowded events and even on the roads.
Crossing international borders after 9/11 takes much more time than before.
Nobody likes all these security measures. Nobody likes to wait in line for hours, to be late for an engagement, to be scrutinized.
But who is to blame for all these measures?
Is it the fault of the country that takes these security measures in order to protect her citizens, or maybe it’s the fault of the terrorists -- the ones who killed innocent people and by doing so, forced the country to take the measures to protect her citizens?
When you stand on line, who do you blame? Which airline would you prefer, one that checks passengers or not?
Attack on America
In a horrific suicide attack against the United States, terrorists crash commercial passenger jets into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, killing thousands of innocent people.
One horrific terror attack changed the world as we know it.
Unfortunately, security measures are usually put into place only in retrospect. Terrorists exploit “holes” in the system in order to kill as many innocent civilians as they can.
Responsible governments must cover these “holes” in order to prevent such future attacks and protect their civilians.
It’s all a matter of
Cause and Effect
Israel has faced over 20,900 terror attacks since September 2000, when a wave of terror started against Israeli citizens right after Arafat was offered an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital by then-President Clinton. Arafat never even made a counter-offer. Instead he started a terrorist war.
916 Israelis died in these attacks -- a per capita toll equivalent to 14 September 11ths.
To protect her citizens, Israel started to use security measures never used before in the country.
Not only Palestinian lives are influenced by these security measures.
Since Palestinian terrorists attacked innocent Israelis in almost every public place possible -- restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, hotels, buses, etc. -- Israelis are now facing security checks everywhere. You can’t get into a restaurant, a mall, a movie theater, a school, a bus station, in Israel without being checked and having your belongings checked.
The Cause
Suicide bombing in buses
The Effect
A checkpoint for Israeli citizens when they get on a bus.
“Dozens of city buses have been targeted by Palestinian suicide bombers over the last 40 months of violence…As the primary method of transportation in the country, buses have proven to be a traditional target for the bombers. Attempts to employ security guards on the buses to thwart such bombings have proved largely unsuccessful, due to the large number of buses operating through Israeli cities at any given time, and a paucity of guards.”
The Cause
Suicide bombing in restaurants
The Effect
A checkpoint for Israeli citizens when they get into every restaurant, café, school, movie theater. You can’t enter a shopping mall in Israel without having your car and your bags checked.
The Cause
Ambushes on Israeli cars
The Effect
Israel’s anti-terrorist fence and checkpoints for Palestinians
What some “Human Rights” groups call the “Apartheid Wall” will actually consist over 97% of chain-link fence system. Less than 3% of the fence will be constructed of concrete, strictly for security need. The fence will not annex Palestinian lands, nor change the legal status of the Palestinians. It will not establish a border, which is to be determined by
Yes, innocent Palestinian lives are influenced by the checkpoints and anti-terrorist fence, just like any civilian’s life is influenced by security measures. Nobody likes to wait in line and to be checked, but human lives must come first.
The Cause
The Palestinian use of ambulances and medical materials for terror
Since September 2000, Israel’s security forces have witnessed the terror organizations cynically using Palestinian medical resources, including ambulances, to smuggle both arms and terrorists throughout the territories. They do so, assuming medical vehicles are 'immune' to security checks at checkpoints; this cynical use of ambulances emphasizes the need for a security check of medical vehicles. In a document seized during Operation Defensive Shield, it was noted that weapons were concealed in the floor of an ambulance. In another document, it is noted that the Palestinian general intelligence service used an ambulance to transfer a
The Effect
Israel is forced to check Palestinians ambulances
Such searches are conducted in order to ensure that ambulances are not used by terrorists in an attempt to transport terrorists, weaponry and explosive devices. These searches
The Cause
A would-be female suicide bomber intended to hide explosive charges under a maternity dress
In April 2002, Israeli soldiers discovered that 26-year-old Shifa Adnan Kodsi intended to carry an explosive charge camouflaged under a maternity dress. The terrorist organizations behind such attacks want to
primarily within the Green Line. This is under the assumption that a female is thought of as gentle, tender and innocent and therefore will arouse less suspicion than a man. In the cases in which females were involved, the terrorists were aware of their need for camouflage that would help them blend in on the Israeli street. The female terrorists attempted to Westernize their appearance, among other things wearing clothing that was not conservative, such as short skirts, or maternity clothes, and having modern haircuts.
The Effect
Israel is forced to check pregnant Palestinian women
Again, the cynical use by Palestinian terrorist organizations of such tactics affects the lives of innocent Palestinians. Unfortunately, Israel can’t not check…
The Cause
A Palestinian female suicide bomber pretended to be handicapped
(Jan. 14, 2004) The suicide bomber entered the security (checking) area and passed through a metal detector which was set off. The suicide bomber informed security officials that she suffered from medical problems and had a metal plate in her leg. Due to the above-mentioned medical problems, and in order to preserve her dignity, IDF soldiers asked the suicide bomber to enter the terminal area to undergo a private security check by a female IDF soldier. However, upon entering the terminal area, the suicide bomber blew
The Effect
Israel is forced to examine handicapped people more carefully and to close factories
Since the year 2000, terrorist organizations have taken advantage of humanitarian aid granted to the Palestinian population by carrying out terrorist attacks that exploit such assistance. This cost many Israeli civilians lives. It also made Palestinian lives harder. "It's simply stupid," spat 40-year-old Ashur Salha. "Of course I'm angry at her [the bomber]. This is not only the place where we work, but our home."… "Whoever ordered the bombing," said Salha, who is among about 150 Palestinian factory owners at Erez, "must have known that 30,000 mouths depend on our employment here."… Before the first intifada, recalls Malik, there were no checkpoints, and Palestinians could travel anywhere in Israel. "Not anymore, and today pretty much shows why." - By Matthew Gutman, The Jerusalem Post, Jan. 15, 2004
“The Erez checkpoint suicide bombing on Wednesday, carried out in the name of Hamas and Fatah by Reem Salah Riashi, ended the lives of security personnel at the Gaza Strip-Israel crossing point. They were three soldiers and a civilian - Tzur Or, Vladimir Trostinsky, Andrei Kegeles, and Gal Shapira. The attack also foiled efforts Israeli security forces make to reduce suspicions in their encounters with Palestinian civilians. From this point, it's likely that Palestinians most in need of relief and help - women, the sick and disabled - will also come under suspicion at crossing points…
The Erez checkpoint chosen by the terror organizations for the attack is the sole crossing point for masses of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip who want to enter Israel to work. The checkpoint represents the front line of Israel's effort to draw a distinction between military activities against terrorists, and a readiness to allow innocent people to earn their daily bread.
These [terrorist] groups, particularly Hamas and Islamic Jihad, operate on the basis of a permanent agenda of opposing any diplomatic solution with Israel. With this doctrine, they not only kill Israelis but also harm their own people and destroy any chance of an agreement materializing for a diplomatic solution with the blessing of the Israeli public.
The terror strike at the Erez checkpoint will probably oblige the security forces to develop more stringent inspections that will further burden entry procedures to Israel. It will certainly aggravate the suspicions of security personnel toward Palestinians, whether they are dealing with an ambulance carrying pregnant women, or sick or injured people seeking medical treatment. This is what happens when terror organizations strike at sites that have tried to make life easier for the innocent civilian population.” ~ Editorial, Haaretz, Jan. 16, 2004 ~
The female terrorist who blew up at the Erez Crossing, killing four Israelis along with herself, was forced to carry out the suicide attack as punishment for cheating on her husband.
“On Wednesday, 21-year-old Reem Salah al-Rayashi left her 18-month-old daughter, Doha, and her 3-year-old son, Obedia. According to a Sunday Times report, her husband drove her to Erez Crossing. IDF sources said that the investigation has already revealed that her husband, an activist in the Hamas organization, not only knew about his wife's plans in advance, but even encouraged her to carry out the suicide attack. Moreover, the person who recruited al-Rayashi to carry out the suicide attack and equipped her with the explosive belt was none other than the lover with whom she cheated on her husband…
Al-Rayashi was the daughter of an established family in Gaza. Her father was the owner of a large battery factory selling mainly to Israel. Both her family and her husband's denied rumours of an illicit love affair…
"If society does not have the courage to speak out on this issue, we could soon see 10-year-olds and pregnant women blowing themselves up," Palestinian commentator Hasan Badtil wrote in the Palestinian daily Al-Ayyam.” ~ The Jerusalem Post, Jan. 18, 2004 ~
Hasan Badtil was right, as it quickly became apparent…
The Cause
Palestinian terrorist groups are exploiting children
The use of children and youth by terrorist organizations to carry out attacks, including suicide bombings, is well known. As part of the practice of including them in violent activities and in terror-supporting operations, children and youth are sent to participate in
with the army (at times they are taken out of school for this purpose). Terrorist groups also use them for smuggling, digging tunnels, spying and intelligence-gathering. The terrorists exploit their innocent appearance, which allows them to pass more easily through IDF roadblocks and to approach soldiers and Israeli settlements, the fact that they are easy to influence and recruit because of their tender age and the intensive incitement to which they have been exposed, and the tendency of Israeli soldiers to refrain from harming children and youth.
The Effect
Israel is forced to check Palestinian children
On March 15, 2004, IDF soldiers detained a 12 year-old Palestinian boy, Abdallah Quran, while he was attempting to smuggle a powerful bomb through the Hawara checkpoint, south of Nablus. Two Nablus based Fatah-Tanzim terrorists had exploited the boy's innocent appearance, and used him to carry a fully armed explosive device through the checkpoint. The boy, who works as a porter in the area, told the soldiers that he was unaware that he was even carrying the bomb. The terrorists, members of Arafat's own Fatah faction, had planned to use the boy as an unwitting suicide bomber, intending to detonate the explosives with a mobile phone as the boy passed near the
“We condemn those who sent the boy to blow himself up. He was an innocent and quiet boy. He was a short, naive boy who had been struck in the head when he was a child and has been suffering from an illness since then. We always kept an eye on him because we knew he was a small child. Although he's 16, he thinks like a 10-year-old.” - Abdu's uncle, Abu Muhammad
“People do not like me. My friends at school make fun of me. They call me 'Brains ' but they also make fun of me because I'm small and ugly. They call me 'The Ugly Dwarf.' It hurt so much I wanted to kill myself… The people who gave me the suicide belt told me this was my only chance to have sex… We don't have any problems. I have a computer, and I like playing 'Terrorist and the Policeman.' I've heard a lot of music on the Internet” - Hussam Abdo
It can be concluded that Israel’s actions are indeed motivated by security needs.
Israel wouldn’t be checking her own citizens every time they enter a public place if it wasn’t for TERROR.
Israel wouldn’t be checking innocent Palestinians at checkpoints if it wasn’t for TERROR.
Israel wouldn’t be checking Palestinian ambulances, handicapped individuals, pregnant women and schoolchildren, if they weren’t used by TERROR.
Israel wouldn’t have build the anti-terrorist fence if it wasn’t for TERROR.
The facts are on the ground.
None of these security measures existed prior to TERROR.
It’s all a matter of
Cause and Effect
The Cause
3/11
After the March 11, 2004 terror attack on a train in Madrid, in which 202 people lost their lives, countries with no security measures in train stations must rethink their policies.
Not doing so will endanger many innocent lives.
The Effect
Shortly after the 3/11 bombing in Madrid, upgrading of the security in train stations around the world can be clearly seen.
Islamist fundamentalist terrorism cannot be negotiated with, or appeased. The time has come for the West to understand that for terrorist organizations, this is a zero-sum game.
As Hussein Massawi, former head of the Hezbollah, said about the Western world:
“We are not fighting so that you will offer us something. We are fighting to eliminate you.”
Or, as Sheikh Ahmed Yassine, the arch-terrorist head of Hamas, said of Israel:
“Make no mistake, there will be no peace as long as there is a Zionist-Jewish state. Our holy goal is to liberate all of Palestine, and if the Jews do not go, they will die. All of Palestine is Islamic land - every inch.”
We have two choices before us:
1) To give in to Islamist terrorism and fulfill their demands, including those articulated by Osama Bin Laden and the head of Jemaah Islamiah, Abu Bakar Bashir, such as returning the extreme form of Islamic rule to Afghanistan, Southern Spain, southern Philippines, southern Thailand, Malaysia, significant parts of China, many of the republics created from the former Soviet Union and, of course, all of North Africa and the Middle East; driving the Jews of Israel into the sea; persecuting homosexuals; banning alcohol; preventing women working or being educated, or appearing in public without full covering dress; requiring women to obey men. Or…
2) To fight to uphold those values which are dear to us, in Western civilization, including freedom, democracy, human rights, women's rights, tolerance, pluralism, and rule of civil law.
The choice is ours.
The President Who Cried 'Lone Wolf'
By: Michael Goodwin
ONE of the most troubling tics of Team Obama is the frantic rush to de clare that every terror attack on American soil is carried out by an isolated individual with no connection to al Qaeda or other groups. It was the gist of their rapid response to the failed airline bombing on Christmas Day, to the Fort Hood shooter and, most recently, to the plot by Faisal Shahzad to set off a car bomb in Times Square.
On the surface, the aim is obvious: to minimize the fear that radical Islamic organizations have penetrated homeland defenses. The working assumption is that Americans will be less frightened of isolated individuals who appear not to be capable of large-scale mayhem of the kind that rocked the nation on 9/11.
It's a reasonable theory, but it has a problem. The claims have been dead wrong in all three cases. Each "lone wolf" was quickly shown to have had contacts with or received training from a terror group abroad. The result is the opposite of what the White House wants. Instead of calming fears, the links provoke suspicions that officials don't know what they are doing or are intentionally hiding the deadly overseas connections. Either option serves to ratchet up public fear and decrease confidence in the government.
The effect of this uncertainty has been dramatic in New York. The city has been on edge since the smoking Nissan Pathfinder failed to detonate on May 1, with routine events such as truck breakdowns and unattended packages drawing hundreds of emergency calls.
On Friday alone, parts of Times Square were cleared twice after reports of suspicious packages. Beyond adding to the jitters, the larger problem with the White House approach is that it reeks of an agenda. It is as though President Obama and his team are jumping to the "lone wolf" theory to vindicate their view that more engagement with the Muslim world is depriving the terror groups of anti-American fuel and neutralizing the jihadist movement. Again, it's a reasonable theory, but it, too, comes with a problem. It's not working because it can't.
From Iran to Iraq to Afghanistan, and now on the streets of New York, the make-nice policies have not slowed the savage killing or the attempts. With the attacks and plots increasing, we are no safer for our efforts over the last 17 months to engage the enemy.
It is time the White House faces the fundamental fact: The jihadist movement is not a rational response to American policies or life's vagaries. Nor are its leaders especially impressed by Obama's race or Muslim-heritage name.
Just as when George W. Bush was president, suicide bombers aren't looking for a seat at the negotiating table. They want to kill everybody at the table. This is the murderous reality of the war against terror, no matter how zealously Washington pretends it is otherwise. They are who they are, and it's not our fault. But it is our problem. And while Obama is entitled to have his theories and fantasies, he shouldn't confuse them with the truth or his duty as commander-in-chief. Like it or not, he is leading a nation at war. Increasingly, it looks like a generational war, meaning it will probably not end during his time in office.
Yet that can't be an excuse for lowering our guard for a single day. If America suffers a massive attack on his watch, especially after so many attempts, his legacy will be irreparable.
There really is no choice. If we don't kill them, they will surely kill us.
Palestinians Terrorist Targets Israeli Children
Israel has been the target of an unprecedented Palestinian terror offensive since September 2000. As of the end of July, 2002, some 410 civilians, and an additional 179 soldiers, have been killed during this period. These figures include the murder of 89 infants, children and teenagers - from the age of four months to 19 years.
In addition, another 809 children have been seriously wounded - their lives, and the lives of their families - forever changed by the evil of terror.Each victim has a name and a face. Each victim was filled with the joy of life, with promising talent, with love and friendship - all snuffed out in one deadly moment by cowardly murderers deliberately targeting children.
We present here the victim's names and faces, and a brief description of their young lives and tragic deaths.
Israel struggle for peace with its neighbors:
"In the very midst of the onslaught launched against us now for months ...We extend our hand to all neighboring states and their peoples in an offer of peace and good neighborliness." This unequivocal Israeli statement is not new. It is taken from Israel's Declaration of Independence, read out when the state was established on May 14,1948. It is as relevant today as it was 54 years ago.
Since its very inception, Israel's existence has been threatened by Arab countries and organizations refusing to recognize its right to exist, and which have repeatedly tried to use violence to defeat it.
Finally, in 1993, it appeared that Israel's untiring effORTs to reach an understanding with the Palestinians were starting to bear fruit. In Oslo, the frozen capital of Norway, representatives of Israel and the Palestinian Liberation Organization held secret talks during which they agreed to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through peaceful means.
In the Declaration of Principles signed by Israeli and Palestinian Liberation Organization representatives, PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat committed himself to the following:
"The PLO recognizes the right of the State of Israel to exist in peace and security. The PLO commits itself to the Middle East peace process, and to a peaceful resolution through negotiations. The PLO renounces the use of terrorism and other acts of violence and will assume responsibility over all PLO elements and personnel in order to assure their compliance, prevent violations and discipline violators."
However, the longed-for peace and quiet did not materialize. Within two years, Palestinian violence returned, killing scores of people and terrorizing Israeli cities.
In its yearning for peace, however, Israel responded with restraint and moderation. At the Camp David summit in the summer of 2000, Israel made an offer - recognized throughout the world as unprecedented in its generosity - to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
All of Israel's governments, including the present one, have always placed the twin goals of peace and normalization with the countries of the region at the top of their priorities. Successive governments have expressed a willingness to make "painful compromises," even on territorial matters, which is clearly reflected in the peace agreements Israel signed with two Arab countries: Egypt (1979) and Jordan (1994).
Yasser Arafat refused Israel's offer, presenting Israel with a new set of demands that Israel could not accede to, since to do so would undermine the very foundation of Israel as a Jewish state.
Immediately following Yasser Arafat's return from the failed Camp David summit, the Palestinian Authority set out on its current path of violence. Since September 2000, the Palestinians - who forswore terror as a legitimate tool when they signed the Oslo accords - have again turned to terror to try and attain their goals.
The result: By the end of July 2002, 410 civilians and 179 soldiers were killed in brutal acts of terror. These figures include the murder of 89 infants, children and teenagers - from the age of four months to 19 years.*
These deaths were not accidental; they were not the collateral damage of battle; they were not children caught in the cross fire.
No, these children were deliberately targeted by terrorists who are cynically exploiting Israel's sensitivity to the lives of children, and Judaism's view of the sanctity of human life, to extract concessions.
Human society, in its long voyage from barbarism to civilization, has formulated clear rules about how to resolve the problems and conflicts that emerge between nations. One of these most basic rules - indeed one of the basic principles of international law - is the absolute prohibition against attacking unarmed civilians.
Who Are The Palestinians
The Palestinians want their own country. There's just one thing about that:
There are no Palestinians. It's a made up word!
Israel was called Palestine for two thousand years. Like Wiccan,Palestinian sounds ancient but is really a modern invention.
Before the Israelis won the land in the 1967 war, Gaza was owned by Egypt, the West Bank was owned by Jordan, and there were no Palestinians.
As soon as the Jews took over and started growing oranges as big as basketballs, what do you know, say hello to the Palestinians, weeping for their deep bond with their lost land and nation.
So for the sake of honesty, let's not use the word Palestinian anymore to describe these delightful folks, who dance for joy at our deaths, until someone points out they're being taped.
Instead, let's call them what they are Other Arabs Who Can't Accomplish Anything In Life... And Would Rather Wrap Themselves In The Seductive Melodrama Of Eternal Struggle And Death.
I know that's a bit unwieldy to expect to see on CNN. How about this, then Adjacent Jew-Haters. Okay, so the Adjacent Jew-Haters want their own country. Oops, just one more thing. No, they don't.
They could've had their own country any time in the last thirty years, especially two years ago at Camp David but if you have your own country, you have to have traffic lights and garbage trucks and Chambers of Commerce, and, worse, you actually have to figure out some way to make a living.
That's no fun. No, they want what all the other Jew-Haters in the region want: Israel.
They also want a big pile of dead Jews, of course -- that's where the real fun is -- but mostly they want Israel.
Why?
For one thing, trying to destroy Israel - or The Zionist Entity as their textbooks call it -- for the last fifty years has allowed the rulers of Arab countries to divert the attention of their own people away from the fact that they're the blue-ribbon most illiterate, poorest, and tribally backward on God's Earth, and if you've ever been around God's Earth . . . you know that's really saying something.
It makes me roll my eyes every time one of our pundits waxes poetic about the great history and culture of the Muslim Midleast. Unless I'm missing something, the Arabs haven't given anything to the world, except killing and death all long the history....
Chew this around spit it out: 500 million Arabs; 5 million Jews. Think of all the Arab countries as a football field, and Israel as a pack of matches sitting in the middle of it.
And now these same folks swear that, if Israel gives them half of that pack of matches, everyone will be pals..
Really?
Wow, what neat news. Hey, but what about the string of wars toobliterate the tiny country and the constant din of rabid blood oaths to drive every Jew into the sea? Oh, that?
We were just kidding.
Just reverse the Numbers:
Imagine 500 million Jews and 5 million Arabs. I was stunned at the simple brilliance of it .
Can anyone picture the Jews strapping belts of razor blades and dynamite to themselves? Of course not.
Or marshaling every fiber and force at their disposal for generations to drive a tiny Arab State into the sea? Nonsense. Or dancing for joy at the murder of innocents? Impossible.
Or spreading and believing horrible lies about the Arabs baking their bread with the blood of children? Disgusting.
No, as you know, left to themselves in a world of peace, the worst Jews would ever do to people is debate them to death.
The Israelis, after months and months of having the equivalent of an Oklahoma City every week (and then every day), start to do the same thing we did, and we tell them to show restraint.
If America were being attacked with an Oklahoma City every day, we would all very shortly be screaming for the administration to just be done with it and kill everything south of the Mediterranean and east of the Jordan.
Please feel free to pass this along to your friends.
Walk in peace! Be Happy! Have a wonderful life.
"Palestinian" Identity As Propaganda Device
A prime example of propaganda masquerading as fact can be found in the modern assertion by "Palestinian" Arab and other revisionist historians that, even before the dawn of Christianity, an ancient nation-state known as "Palestine", inhabited by "Palestinians", was in existence, and that it continued to exist, even under the yoke of successive conquering empires, until the creation of modern Israel brutally usurped it in 1948 -- the implication being that Today's "Palestinian" Arabs are the descendants of those ancient "Palestinians".
Prior to the dawn of the Christian era, as a result of the successful Jewish revolt against the Hellenic-Syrian Seleucid Empire in the second century BCE (Before the Common Era) -- commemorated as the Jewish holiday of Chanukah -- the geographic area identified by these revisionist historians as "Palestine" instead hosted the independent nation-state known as Judea, successor entity to the northern biblical kingdom of Israel and to the southern biblical kingdom of Judah; and it was inhabited, not by Arabs, but by Jews.
Several hundred years later, in 135 CE (Common Era), after having long-become a province of the Roman Empire, Judea’s third and final revolt against Rome was crushed by Emperor Hadrian; but Rome's army also suffered devastating losses, including the complete annihilation of its illustrious XXII Legion. In furtherance of Rome's costly victory, Hadrian -- in a blatant propaganda effort to delegitimize further national Jewish claims to the Land -- renamed the province Palestine after the Philistines, a long-extinct Aegean people who had disappeared from History more than 700 years earlier after being extirpated by the Babylonian Empire.
However, although the province had been converted from Judea, the Latin-language word for which was Iudaea, meaning Land of the Jews, to Palestine, the Latin-language word for which was Palestina, meaning Land of the Philistines, and although a vengeful Rome massacred and expelled much of the Land's Jewish inhabitants, it nonetheless continued to be populated by Jews, together with substantial populations of other ethnic groups, but hardly any Arabs, at least until the great Islamic Arab invasion of 638.
However, even under the rule of the Arab and all subsequently superseding empires, the Jewish people nevertheless maintained a continuous national presence in the non-sovereign territory of "Palestine" -- right up until the resurrection therein of the Jewish nation-state of Israel in 1948.
In contrast, the ersatz people identified nowadays as the "Palestinians" are a collection of diverse Arab clans plus a smattering of other ethnic groups (such as Serbs -- these are the so-called Bosnian Muslims who were Serbian Orthodox Christians before their forced conversion to Islam -- as well as Circassians and Chechens, all imported by the Ottoman Empire from their lands of origin to the Middle East, including the Land of Israel, several centuries ago), which, for reasons virtually identical to those of the Roman Empire, have, since Israel's Six Day War of 1967, publicly declared themselves to be a distinct ethnic nation named after those very same defunct Philistines -- this despite the fact that the ancient Philistines were not even Arabs.
Moreover, in light of “Palestinian” claims to aboriginal status, it is ironic and noteworthy that the English-language cognate words “Palestine” and “Philistine”, as well as the Arabic-language word “Falastin”, are all derived (via Latin and, before that, Greek) from the biblical Hebrew-language word “Pelishtim”, meaning literally: “Invaders”.
It is indeed telling that the “Palestinians” have created for themselves a faux ethnic identity whose very name originates, not from their own Arabic language, but rather from the Hebrew language.
That the "Palestinian" Arabs constitute a fictitious people is hardly surprising due to the fact that, by 1948, a substantial portion of the "Palestinian" Arab population resident in British-administered Mandatory Palestine originated, not from that territory, but rather from the surrounding Arab lands which now comprise the modern states of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt.
Jordan & Palestine's Flags - Find The Difference:
Palestinian's Nationality - Myths VS. Facts
Palestine is a Geographical Area, Not a Nationality
The Arabs invented a special national entity in the 1960s (rather than a geographic delineation) called the Palestinians, specifically for political gain. They brand Israelis as invaders and claim the geographic area called Palestine belongs exclusively to the Arabs.
The word Palestine is not even Arabic. It is a word coined by the Romans around 135 CE from the name of a seagoing Aegean people who settled on the coast of Canaan in antiquity – the Philistines. The name was chosen to replace Judea, as a sign that Jewish sovereignty had been eradicated following the Jewish Revolts against Rome.
In the course of time, the Latin name Philistia was further ***ized into Palistina or Palestine. During the next 2,000 years, Palestine was never an independent state belonging to any people, nor did a Palestinian people, distinct from other Arabs, appear during 1,300 years of Muslim hegemony in Palestine under Arab and Ottoman rule.
Palestine was and is solely a geographic name. Therefore, it is not surprising that in modern times the name ‘Palestine’ or ‘Palestinian’ was applied as an adjective to all inhabitants of the geographical area between the Mediterranean and the Jordan River – Palestine Jews and Palestine Arabs alike. In fact, until the 1960s, most Arabs in Palestine preferred to identify themselves merely as part of the great Arab nation or citizens of “southern Syria.”
The term ‘Palestinian’ as a noun was usurped and co-opted by the Arabs in the 1960s as a tactic initiated by Yasser Arafat to brand Jews as intruders on someone else’s turf. He presents Arab residents of Israel and the Territories as indigenous inhabitants since time immemorial. This fabrication of peoplehood allowed Palestinian Arabs to gain parity with the Jewish people as a nation deserving of an independent state.
In a March 1977 interview in the Dutch newspaper Trouw, Zahir Muhsein, a member of the PLO executive committee, admitted:
“Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct Palestinian people to oppose Zionism.”
Historically, Before the Arabs Fabricated the Palestinian People as an Exclusively Arab Phenomenon, No Such Group Existed Countless official British Mandate-vintage documents speak of ‘the Jews’ and ‘the Arabs’ of Palestine – not ‘Jews and Palestinians.’
Ironically, before local Jews began calling themselves Israelis in 1948 (the name ‘Israel’ was chosen for the newly-established Jewish state), the term ‘Palestine’ applied almost exclusively to Jews and the institutions founded by new Jewish immigrants in the first half of the 20th century, before independence. Some examples include:
• Jerusalem Post, founded in 1932, was called the Palestine Post until 1948.
• Bank Leumi L’Israel was called the “Anglo-Palestine Bank, a Jewish Company.”
• The Jewish Agency – an arm of the Zionist movement engaged in Jewish settlement since 1929 – was called the Jewish Agency for Palestine.
• The house organ of American Zionism in the 1930s was called New Palestine.
• Today’s Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, founded in 1936 by German Jewish refugees who fled Nazi Germany, was called the “Palestine Symphony Orchestra, composed of some 70 Palestinian Jews.”
• The United Jewish Appeal (UJA) was established in 1939 as a merger of the United Palestine Appeal and the fundraising arm of the Joint Distribution Committee.
If you watch the blockbuster 1960 hit movie “Exodus,” based on the novel by Leon Uris, you will see how recent this appellation is. The hero, a native-born Jewish pioneer called Ari ben Canaan, talks of his love for Palestine.
Encouraged by their success at historical revisionism and brainwashing the world with the ‘Big Lie’ of a Palestinian people, Palestinian Arabs have more recently begun to claim they are the descendants of the Philistines and even the Stone Age Canaanites. Based on that myth, they can claim to have been ‘victimized’ twice by the Jews: in the conquest of Canaan by the Israelites and by the Israelis in modern times – a total fabrication. Archeologists explain that the Philistines were a Mediterranean people who settled along the coast of Canaan in 1100 BCE. They have no connection to the Arab nation, a desert people who emerged from the Arabian Peninsula.
As if that myth were not enough, Arafat has also claimed “Palestinian Arabs are descendants of the Jebusites” displaced when King David conquered Jerusalem. Arafat has also argued that “Abraham was an Iraqi.” One Christmas Eve, Arafat declared that “Jesus was a Palestinian,” a preposterous claim that echoes the words of Hanan Ashrawi, a Christian Arab, who in an interview during the 1991 Madrid Conference said: “Jesus Christ was born in my country, in my land,” claiming she was “the descendant of the first Christians” – disciples who spread the gospel around Bethlehem some 600 years before the Arab conquest. If her claim were true, it would be tantamount to confessing that she is a Jew!
Contradictions abound, Palestinian Arab leaders claim to be descended from the Canaanites, the Philistines, the Jebusites and the first Christians. They also co-opt Jesus and ignore his Jewishness, at the same time claiming the Jews never were a people and never built the Holy Temples in Jerusalem.
There has Never Been a Sovereign Arab State in Palestine.
The artificiality of a Palestinian identity is reflected in the attitudes and actions of neighboring Arabs nations who never established a Palestinian state. It also is expressed in the utterances and loyalties of so-called Palestinians.
Only twice in Jerusalem’s history has it served as a national capital. The first time was as the capital of the two Jewish Commonwealths during the First and Second Temple periods, as described in the Bible, reinforced by archaeological evidence and numerous ancient documents. The second time is in modern times as the capital of the State of Israel. It has never served as an Arab capital for the simple reason that there has never been a Palestinian Arab state.
The rhetoric by Arab leaders on behalf of the Palestinians rings hollow, for the Arabs in neighboring lands, who control 99.9 percent of the Middle East land, have never recognized a Palestinian entity. They have always considered Palestine and its inhabitants part of the great ‘Arab nation,’ historically and politically as an integral part of Greater Syria – Suriyya al-Kubra – a designation that covered both sides of the Jordan River.
In the 1950s, Jordan simply annexed the West Bank, since its population was viewed as brethren of the Jordanians. Jordan’s official narrative of “Jordanian state-building” attests to this fact:
“Jordanian identity underlies the significant and fundamental common denominator that makes it inclusive of Palestinian identity, particularly in view of the shared historic social and political development of the people on both sides of the Jordan…. The Jordan government, in view of the historical and political relationship with the West Bank . granted all Palestinian refugees on its territory full citizenship rights while protecting and upholding their political rights as Palestinians (Right of Return or compensation).”
The Arabs never established a Palestinian state when the UN offered a partition plan in 1947 to establish “an Arab and a Jewish state” (not a Palestinian state, it should be noted). Nor did the Arabs recognize or establish a Palestinian state during the two decades prior to the Six-Day War when the West Bank was under Jordanian control and the Gaza Strip was under Egyptian control; nor did the Palestinians clamor for autonomy or independence during those years under Jordanian and Egyptian rule.
Well before the 1967 decision to create a new Arab people called ‘Palestinians,’ when the word ‘Palestinian’ was associated with Jewish endeavors, Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, a local Arab leader, testified in 1937 before a British investigative body – the Peel Commission – saying: “There is no such country ! Palestine is a term the Zionists invented! There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country was for centuries, part of Syria.”
In a 1946 appearance before the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry, also acting as an investigative body, the Arab historian Philip Hitti stated: “There is no such thing as Palestine in history, absolutely not.” According to investigative journalist Joan Peters, who spent seven years researching the origins of the Arab-Jewish conflict over Palestine (From Time Immemorial, 2001) the one identity that was never considered by local inhabitants prior to the 1967 war was ‘Arab Palestinian.’
Arab Racism
Nothing but 'ARAB RACISM' & 'ISLAMIC BIGOTRY' created maintains drives the 'MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT'
Simply put, the powerful Arab Muslim majority of the middle east (convinced they "own" the place) is intolerant against the (though democratic and multi-racial, multi-culture, still it's majority of the population and official identity is) non-Arab, non-Muslim Israel.
THE 1920' RACIST ATTACKS ON THE JEWS
Ever since the racist Arabs and Islamic bigots started to massacre POWERLESS innocent Jews in the 1920's, it was always about intolerance, Any wonder now why the global devious Islamo Arab massive machine likes to ignore the 1920's and rather to talk about the "State of Israel" being (re-)established in 1948 as the "cause"...?Or their unwillingness to elaborate about Hitler's Mufti, the infamous Arab Muslim fascist 'spiritual' leader, that incited the pogrom on the Jews of Hebron in 1929? (the same Haj Amin Al-Husseini that led the Hitler-ist Nazi SS brigade into Serbia to commit crimes against humanity upon Serb Christians and on the Jews in the second world war, also led the 'Farhud' pogrom upon Jews in Iraq in 1941).
RACIST CALLS FOR GENOCIDE ON JEWS
If the earlier Arabs' wars on the Jews were marked by "let's drive them all to the sea". As then, now, Hezbollah's Hassan Nasrallah talks about he's so happy the Jews are gathered together in one place - Israel so it's easier to massacre them (genocide!).Or today's Palestinian Arab Muslims yearning to 'drink the blood of the Jews' and broadcast in broad day light their 'message' to 'wipe off the Jews'.In fact, the typical genocidal slogan used: 'Itbach al Yahood' = kill the Jews in Arabic, hasn't changed from the 1920's massacres on Jews until now when "Palestinians" or other Arabs march "peacefully" against Israel...
THE RACISM THAT EXPELLED...
850,000 JEWS FROM ARAB MUSLIM COUNTRIES - 1948.
How many know the number of Jewish refugees (of 1948) forced to leave Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya, North Africa, etc. with their properties robbed by their Arabian governments? Their only "crime", "reason" was of course - being Jewish. [You don't notice it today because the loving Jews took in their Jewish brethren and became part of Israel, unlike the Arabs who treated/treat their Arab 'Palestinians' always in terrible terms, those refugees called "Palestinian-refugees", is basically nothing other than a case of an all Arab fault, after the 1948 war, which was of course, initiated by Arabs, where the Arabs attacked and tried to eliminate all Jews, in which they lost, most Arabs that left were told to flee by their leaders to facilitate an all Arab attack on the newly re-established Israel in an attempt to destroy it of course, some chose cowardly to flee on their own [all those that fled to Arab "brethren" countries still suffer mistreatment until today], those that stayed, live inside Israel as equal citizens - a fact about Israel even the Arab lobby's paid ex president, the Arabist Jimmy Carter admits.Yes, an unrefuted fact, despite the high risks involved, Israel always treated Arabs better than Arabs treat their own people].
JEWS ARE DENIED ENTRY INTO CERTAIN ARAB MUSLIM COUNTRIES AND ARABS INSIDE ISRAEL HAVE FREEDOM TO RACIALLY ATTACK ISRAEL
Why are Jews denied entry into Arab Muslim countries such as: Syria and Saudi Arabia?If the reason would have been: 'they only oppose Israel' (which in itself is also, still just bigotry, but that's besides the point), why not allow non-Israeli Jews in those Arab Muslim countries?But tomorrow you will hear again about [racist] Arabs inside Israel, especially those in power in the Israeli democratic elected equal-for-all parliament, stabbing the backs of their Jews and denounce them in the most vile forms (most favorably: painting Israelis' fear of Arab terror as "racism"), on international media, especially on Arabic media.More troublesome is of course the wide dangerously-racist conduct by Israeli Arabs in aiding Arab terrorists to mass murder Jews, put it this way, no terror massacre attack on Israeli civilians could have ever been carried out without the clear assistance by the Israeli Arabs living freely inside Israel.
AHAMADINEJAD'S "ISSUE" WITH ISRAEL...
Could you point to me where Islamic republic of Iran's "border disputes" with Israel are at? the usual excuse the Arab 'Palestinians' are masquerading their racist anti Jewish genocide agenda with? or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's "reason" for wanting to "wipe off Israel", [or Islamic Republic's crime in massacring Jews in Argentina in the AMIA building] or why he calls for 'Death to UK, Death to US'?How more obvious of his goal to create another holocaust does he need to get, if it wasn't clear enough to us in his attempts to "deny" the first one upon the 6,000,000 Jews [that included ALL types of Jews, religious or not, Zionists or not, those with a certain ideology or those without, that included 1.5 Million kids! That unique historic crime 1939-1945 of attempting to ERASE an entire creed]?So why the reluctance [by some liberal circles] to call an Islamofascist what he really is? [Or What else do you call Bin Laden that "gives" only one option for America, Islamic conversion that is?]Another question related to the Islamic Republic, What's on the Mullahs in Tehran mind in sending it's global Mehdi army the terrorists thugs - Hezbollah, to murder for Islamism, in Iraq, Somalia, Lebanon? Is it "aching" for the "poor Palestinians" again?
THE 'OCCUPATION' EXCUSE AND THE ARAB MUSLIM ATTACKS BEFORE IT 'HAPPENED'...
Or the excuse of 'occupied territories' that 'occurred' in 1967 when Israelis pushed away Arab attackers and captured 'territories', So, let's see what these Arabs, the ones not called 'Palestinians' yet, such as in the years of 1920's, 1930's, 1940's, 1950's, what "drove" them all those years prior to the so called "occupation", to try to destroy Israel and 'drive them all to the sea' (genocide)?
THE SAME ARAB RACISM
Because 'ARAB RACISM' that hates all that is non-Arab, wether Africans, such as the largest calamity since WW 2, today's biggest genocide, the one in Sudan, where the Arab Government of Khartoum, the Arab militias the infamous deaths-squads mass-rapists villages-erasers, the 'Janjaveeds', augmented by "imported" Arabs from neighboring Nigeria and Mauritania, an all "Arab supremacist" force ganged up against the indigenous African black poor population, [spilling over into] Chad, or wether one is a Kurd, as in persecuted in totalitarian oppressive regime of Syria, or in Saddam Hussein's Iraq, no other reason why he tried genocide on them, by the same token also explained why he was so pro "Palestinian", the [typical] Arab racist had no better words to leave the world with, other than with his racist message that "all of Palestine is Arab", meaning no Jews allowed!That racism in the Arab world that persecutes the [real] indigenous of/in their lands, the Berbers, the history of trouble upon the Maronites in Lebanon, etc. And Why do you think real slavery today in age is only 'left' practiced in the Arab world? How much do you know about slavery in Mauritania? or take for example the "sex" and other types of slavery in the "kingdom" of Saudi Arabia (and in other Arab states) upon non-Arabs. (or the persecution of the Al-Ahdam and other minorities).
THE SAME ISLAMIC BIGOTRY
The other factor 'ISLAMIC BIGOTRY', that can't tolerate anyone that is not Muslim or not the "right kind of Muslim" (as in Shiite massacre Sunnis and vice versa in Iraq, the Islamists' war in Algeria claiming 100,000 casualties, or attacking 'moderates' in Somalia and the terrorism against the Gulf states), that bloodily attacks/attacked non Muslims in the Islamic (oppression) republic of Iran, in Afghanistan, Christians in Iraq, (Christians in Sudan - prior to current 'conflict' there), Nigeria, E. Timor, the Islamists being caught in Europe that simply want to murder Europeans [take the ones caught in Austria for example, not even an 'Iraq war' excuse can "work" there...], declared war and kills Buddhists in Thailand, Hindus in India, persecutes Arab Christians in Lebanon and among "Palestinians", that kills Jews (in Israel or in Diaspora) only for being Jewish.Let's put it this way, What goes through your mind when you read the 'often' brutal attacks by Arabs, Muslims in France or in England (for example) on Jews? Is it "freedom fighting" or is it another Pallywood slogan like "fighting oppression"?Or, What did you think of the not-so-isolated cases of 'Palestinian' Muslims forcing Christians into Islam, like pointing a gun to Christian journalists 'Convert to Islam or die!' or forcing Christian Arabs in Gaza to become Muslim?Or, Is there a difference between the Paris metro bombing [1995], Bali bombing (of Australian youths in 2002), 911 WTC bombing [2001], Madrid bombing [2003], Bombing in Istanbul Turkey [2003], Bombing in Casablanca Morocco [2003], Beslan massacre of kids [2004], London bombing, [2005], multiple bombings in Mumbai, attempts to bomb the UN in Switzerland, bombings, massacres in Tel Aviv, Netanya, Jerusalem, etc.?
GLOBAL ISLAMO ARAB POWER
Ever wandered how come the [issue of victims of Arabs in] Darfur genocide is always subdued when bashing Israel's defense against 'Palestinian' Arab attacks are always brought up? try the ISLAMO ARAB GLOBAL [LOBBY] POWER, the bigoted power [via oil, terrorism and threatening economic power] that (oppresses Israel and) drives the UN agenda, and even has the US foreign policy in check, Could you otherwise explain how come the neo-conservative George W. Bush's foreign policy so Arabist pro-'Palestinian', his relentless efforts to establish a NEW THING, never before in history, a 'Palestine' state, for the grandchildren of Arab immigrants [immerged mainly in the 1880's] into the historic land of the Jews?The Arabs' power in pushing the 'Iraq war':After Iraq's Saddam Hussein invasion of Kuwait and threatening Saudi Arabia that brought Bush Sr. attacking Iraq in 1991, Can anyone in his right mind really deny the Arab mighty Gulf states' hands so deep in George W. Bush's invading Iraq in 2003?That's right, and you thought they only control your economy, your pocket and hold you by the 'throat' at the pump.
A BIGOTRY THAT IS WILLING TO KILL IT'S OWN PEOPLE TO DEFAME ISRAEL
Those cruel tactics of using it's own women and children as 'human shields' among "Palestinians" and among [Syrian-Iranian Arab Muslim militia terrorists] Hezbollah are no secrets, it demonstrates you again and again, the Arab racism & Islamic bigotry how far it will go to make sure Israel's image is damaged in world opinion, via most bloody images of injured/dead Arab kids, pointing -- of course -- to the "bad Israel".
THE BLIND HATRED MASQUERATING AS 'ANTI-ZIONISM'
1) When Arabs, Muslims call to kill the "Yahood", this is exactly what it means, no more no less, but: to 'kill the Jew'.
2) Everyone knows about the ultra orthodox Jews piety and their objection to Zionism, they (most of them) don't even serve in Israel's army, yet they, their distinct exclusive neighborhoods, have been targets in Arab Muslim terror attacks to massacre their kids. Even a religious anti-Zionist school [situated as far as] in Montreal Canada has been attacked [2004] by Islamic arsonists.
3) Attacking Jews outside Israel, wether a journalist in Afghanistan or a Jew in Paris, or a crowd of Jews in Argentina can never be connected to a so called: "anti-Zionism" ideology.
THE ANTISEMITISM IN THE ARAB MUSLIM WORLD
When you see the overwhelming documented Antisemitism, hatred against ALL Jews that is, in mainstream Arab Muslim media, most evil type of cartoons (these hypocrites are the same that will call to or justify to kill for any "offensive" cartoon on their Muhammad of course) in their mainstream education instilling blind hatred upon Jews (or on Christians) you feel so overwhelmed that you can never "explain" it by just a "conflict", because it's rather the cause of this whole conflict and not the result of it.
THE MUSLIM LIE REGARDING [JEWS'] JERUSALEM
Since when was this never refuted historic city of the Jews a "Muslim issue"? (refreshing memories/history/facts - Israel's capital - Jerusalem was the Jews' long before Islam was invented/came about in 620, Yes, Jews' holy books are filled with Jerusalem as a hope and yearning for it's rebuilding, but no! the Muslims' book, the Koran never mentions Jerusalem! nor was Muhammad ever in Israel, Jerusalem) It was only the late 'Palestinian' leader, the Egyptian born "turned Palestinian" (another epitome of "indigenous Palestinian" myth) Yasser Arafat, (the notorious liar thief who stole the money from his own population and) rose the Islamic world to the 'Palestinian' case as an 'Islamic' cause, jumped on the wagon of Jerusalem to sell it well to the Islamic bigotry, an empowered weapon yet, how to de-legitimize Jews from their holy places.
MAKE A LIST OF THE SO CALLED "ISSUES" THAT ALWAYS TRIED TO COVER THEIR TRUE FACE OF BIGOTRY
So, first it was the massacres of the 1920's, without any excuse, then came an excuse of Israel as a state (what's really wrong with that other than not being an Arab Muslim, AKA an 'outsider'?), then after attacking Israel again & again they lost the 1967 war, due to their loss they brought upon themselves an "occupation" or "occupied territories", now they want Jerusalem as well (Why not? Since Israel is always willing to give...), truth is however, that when "Palestinians" [extremists or moderates] talk among themselves referring to "occupation", they mean 'ALL OF ISRAEL' for themselves, that's really their ultimate goal, in other words "no place for Jews there"!
ISLAMIC APARTHEID VS PLURALISTIC ISRAEL
Oh! wait, also among their "issues", in their bombastic Pallywoody language, they dare define the security checkpoints, (you know those that you have in the airport and in other crowded places to check you out for metals and bombing devices?) as "apartheid" or "oppression", imagine that! when the real Apartheid is practiced of course all over the Muslim world against non Muslims or even against women, trust me! you don't want to be a Christian in Saudi Arabia or in Gaza, or better yet, see the open vibrant lives of Muslims inside pluralistic Israel and (apart from some pockets in Tunisia/Morocco) see no more Jewish life in the Arab-Islamic Apartheid world!
NEVER 'WHAT ISRAEL DOES' BUT THE VERY EXISTENCE OF ISRAEL IS NEVER ACCEPTED
Could you count the countless gestures Israel always did/does with the Arab-'Palestinians'? I can't.But take a look at one particular case, at the aftermath of an historic uprooting of Jewish families from Gush Katif in the Gaza peninsula [2005], Do you imagine an uproar at any nation if such a drastic step would be taking?And what did Israel really "get" from all of this [immense sacrifice for peace sake] from the bigoted Arab world?Did any Arab state come forward and denounced the racist years long boycott of the 'Jewish' state? or had the guts to establish relation with Israel, Heck! not even having the minimum of decency shedding it's arrogant racism and "giving" Israel the minimum which every nation has, the right-to-exist!Never mind the very recipients of Israel's give-away, the Arab 'Palestinians' themselves, what did they then or ever 'give' for peace sake? On the contrary, as a result the Islamic [more] extremis t terrorist Hamas only grew and won Gaza by popular vote from mainstream 'Palestinian' Muslims.
NO RACISM, NO CONFLICT!
As long as the arrogant Arab Muslim world continues to "believe" that the middle east "belongs" only to them, will not change their evil fascism to 'accept' the non Arab non Muslim 'entity' in the middle east [we are not talking nearly as much as Israeli Arabs are accepted in Israel's democracy and are often first class citizens over Jews especially in land cases plus they are not obligated to serve in Israel's army, like other Israeli citizens do, yet have all the rights], no "concession" by the good guy Israel (the only side that always feels "guilty" and sacrifices for peace, When was the last time Arabs gave anything to the Jews? or, Is there a Jew allowed to live on ETHNIC CLEANSED "Palestinian" territories 'Judenrein-Palestine'!, while Arabs make up 20-25% of multi-racial tolerant democratic Israel's population? now, do you still need a better example of Good vs Evil?) will really 'change' anything in reality.
SAY IT OUT LOUD!
ISRAEL - THE CLASSIC VICTIM OF BOTH 'ARAB RACISM' & 'ISLAMIC BIGOTRY'
Clearly, Israel, Jews are not the only victims of 'Arab racism' & 'Islamic Bigotry', but -- most probably -- there's no better classic victim of these evil forces, in dealing with a problem you better define it, yes, the "conflict" is nothing but intolerance!How many such clear sane announcements have you been exposed to?Why the PC of so much confusion and dancing around the subject?For any real peace visions, you must include this problem to be recognized at and plans to CHANGE it, rather to root it out!!
ELIMINATE ISLAMIC BIGOTRY = A VISION FOR WORLD PEACE
I HAVE A DREAM...With that dream of Arab-Muslims changing their bigotry to tolerance, hatred & rejection to understanding & acceptance, not just the middle east conflict would then vanish, take a good look around and tell me, just about how many conflicts all around the world are not related to Islamic bigotry?Because the key to world peace [today] or world war is in Muslims' (mainstream and leadership) hands only!But until you won't see disappearing the dark cult of hatred being instilled into young minds such as, that 'the infidel' is bad, the "apes & pigs" doctrine to be referred to Jews and Christians, glorifying Jihadi mass murderers as "heroes", and their mainstream media in a full function of demonizing & inciting rather than real reporting, all this peace vision will remain just that, a dream.
Nakba - Amedinejad's Destiny
Screw you Ahmedinejad!
Nakba to you and your other Goat Lovers, Allah FUBAR!
Now get this and get it straight! Israel is one of the most powerful country in the entire world!
Our military (U.S) is also one of the most powerful in the world. Push our buttons and you will regret the day you took your first breath. Your death cult of Islam worships death. Well ass wipe we will get you there when WE want to and not a moment sooner.
You say your enemies (Israel and America) can take our desires to the grave.
YOU aren't even going to be able to be put in a grave, there will be nothing left of you but dust, got that?
Own it!
Nakba is a word that followers of Islam hate more then any other word.
If you are on a forum and Muslims are present and you use this word, most of the time they will immediately leave. The word is Nakba!
The word Nakba is Arabic for “the Catastrophe,” and it refers to the creation of the state of Israel. The Palestinian rallies mournfully commemorate the day Israel was created.
They call it "Al Nakba".
More on "Palestinian Nationalism" and the Real War Against Israel..
The Middle East war is not now and never was a conflict between Israelis/Jews on the one hand and Palestinians on the other. In fact, the Arab-"Palestinians", while currently the perpetrators of most of the anti-Jewish atrocities, were never a very important part of the conflict.
In fact, before about 1970, virtually no one in the world considered the Middle East conflict to be one between Israelis and Palestinians.
The term "Palestinian" itself had referred to Israeli Jews back in the 1940s, and had been slowly deconstructed and redefined to refer to the Arabs in the West Bank and Gaza. The Middle East Conflict was always a war by Arabs against Jews, not a conflict between Israelis and "Palestinians."
The war was repackaged as a conflict between Jews and Palestinians as a public relations gimmick by the Arab fascist regimes. These regimes had never had any interest in "Palestinians," in creating a "Palestinian" state, or in "Palestinian nationalism" before 1967.
That is because Palestinian nationalism did not and DOES NOT exist. The Palestinians were a regional group of Arabs having virtually no cultural nor national distinctive traits separating them from Syrians, Lebanese, and Jordanians. They are all basically Arabs!.
The bulk of what are called "Palestinian Arabs" are members of families who migrated into the Land of Israel beginning in the late 19th century. Palestinian nationalism is a mislabeling of Arab nationalism.
Arab nationalism exists, although it is closely bound up with Islamic nationalism and even Islamism. Palestinian nationalism, however, is a phantom. It is nothing more than genocidal hatred of Jews!
The Arab assaults and aggressions against Israel in 1948, 1956, 1967, 1968, and 1973 had nothing to do with Palestinians.
The Palestinian terror campaign would itself be easy to suppress today and eradicate if the Middle East conflict were really a Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
Israel would simply obliterate the terrorists and expel their supporters to Syria and Lebanon. The Middle East war continues because it is really an Arab-Israeli war, not an Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It is also in large part a war between barbarism and civilization. In many ways an Islamic religious jihad against the Jews.
More Quotes About "Palestine"
"There is no such country as Palestine. 'Palestine' is a term the Zionists invented. There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country was for centuries part of Syria. 'Palestine' is alien to us. It is the Zionists who introduced it".
- Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, Syrian Arab leader to British Peel Commission, 1937 -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"There is no such thing as Palestine in history, absolutely not".

- Professor Philip Hitti, Arab historian, 1946 -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"It is common knowledge that Palestine is nothing but Southern Syria".
- Representant of Saudi Arabia at the United Nations, 1956 -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Concerning the Holy Land, the chairman of the Syrian Delegation at the Paris Peace Conference in February 1919 stated:
"The only Arab domination since the Conquest in 635 c.e. hardly lasted, as such, 22 years".

"There is not a solitary village throughout its whole extent (valley of Jezreel, Galilea); not for thirty miles in either direction... One may ride ten miles hereabouts and not see ten human beings. For the sort of solitude to make one dreary, come to Galilee... Nazareth is forlorn... Jericho lies a mouldering ruin... Bethlehem and Bethany, in their poverty and humiliation... untenanted by any living creature... A desolate country whose soil is rich enough, but is given over wholly to weeds... a silent, mournful expanse... a desolation... We never saw a human being on the whole route... Hardly a tree or shrub anywhere. Even the olive tree and the cactus, those fast friends of a worthless soil had almost deserted the country... Palestine sits in sackcloth and ashes... desolate and unlovely...".

- Mark Twain, "The Innocents Abroad", 1867 -

"In 1590 a 'simple English visitor' to Jerusalem wrote: 'Nothing there is to bescene but a little of the old walls, which is yet remayning and all the rest is grasse, mosse and weedes much like to a piece of rank or moist grounde'.".

- Gunner Edward Webbe, Palestine Exploration Fund,
Quarterly Statement, p. 86; de Haas, History, p. 338 -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The land in Palestine is lacking in people to till its fertile soil".
- British archaeologist Thomas Shaw, mid-1700s -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Palestine is a ruined and desolate land".

- Count Constantine François Volney, XVIII century French author and historian -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The Arabs themselves cannot be considered but temporary residents. They pitched their tents in its grazing fields or built their places of refuge in its ruined cities. They created nothing in it. Since they were strangers to the land, they never became its masters. The desert wind that brought them hither could one day carry them away without their leaving behind them any sign of their passage through it".
- Comments by Christians concerning the Arabs in Palestine in the 1800s -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Then we entered the hill district, and our path lay through the clattering bed of an ancient stream, whose brawling waters have rolled away into the past, along with the fierce and turbulent race who once inhabited these savage hills. There may have been cultivation here two thousand years ago. The mountains, or huge stony mounds environing this rough path, have level ridges all the way up to their summits; on these parallel ledges there is still some verdure and soil: when water flowed here, and the country was thronged with that extraordinary population, which, according to the Sacred Histories, was crowded into the region, these mountain steps may have been gardens and vineyards, such as we see now thriving along the hills of the Rhine. Now the district is quite deserted, and you ride among what seem to be so many petrified waterfalls. We saw no animals moving among the stony brakes; scarcely even a dozen little birds in the whole course of the ride".

- William Thackeray in "From Jaffa To Jerusalem", 1844 -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The country is in a considerable degree empty of inhabitants and therefore its greatest need is of a body of population".
- James Finn, British Consul in 1857 -
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"The area was underpopulated and remained economically stagnant until the arrival of the first Zionist pioneers in the 1880's, who came to rebuild the Jewish land. The country had remained "The Holy Land" in the religious and historic consciousness of mankind, which associated it with the Bible and the history of the Jewish people. Jewish development of the country also attracted large numbers of other immigrants - both Jewish and Arab. The road leading from Gaza to the north was only a summer track suitable for transport by camels and carts... Houses were all of mud. No windows were anywhere to be seen... The plows used were of wood... The yields were very poor... The sanitary conditions in the village [Yabna] were horrible... Schools did not exist... The rate of infant mortality was very high... The western part, toward the sea, was almost a desert... The villages in this area were few and thinly populated. Many ruins of villages were scattered over the area, as owing to the prevalence of malaria, many villages were deserted by their inhabitants".
